Develop and improve your
pastoral practice & vocational identity through
Professional Supervision.
Professional Supervision
supports you to:
critically reflect on your role
improve your practice
enhance your personal resilience and wellbeing
After years of leading pastoral teams, I became a Professional Supervisor because I am passionate about providing a safe and collaborative space for pastoral leaders to explore their professional identity and build their confidence, competence, knowledge and resilience.
I am an accredited Professional Supervisor currently providing supervision to church leaders and counsellors across all Christian denominations.
My practice includes working as a Consultant Practitioner for the University of Divinity and Whitley College.
Thinking about making Professional Supervision part of your work practice?
“Supervision is a boundaried, intentional, planned, and regular space where the supervisor meets the supervisee. It is a way of growing in accountability, mutual learning, quality of presence, response to challenges, role competence, self-awareness, spiritual/theological reflection, and vocational identity.”
